Built around 2004, with over 2,600 properties on the resort as well as a wide range of facilities, La Torre Golf Resort was the second resort to have been built by the infamous "Polaris World". It spite of the crisis of 2008, the resort was and still is one of the most popular and best established resorts in the whole region of Murcia.

The resort comprises of many different nationalities, but predominantly British. For this reason, many British expats find comfort in retiring to a residential golf resort like La Torre as it makes for an easier transition into Spanish living, without worrying about immediate problems with the language barrier.

As a community, La Torre seems to have its own internal economy, whereby the residents will often find a service or commodity provided by a fellow resident, yet another reason why this community grows from strength to strength, year after year.

SPAR SUPERMARKET

For all your home comforts, an on-site supermarket is open all year round, offering a variety of international goods. Visitors that come to La Torre Golf Resort on holiday for the first time often find this incredibly useful, as it prevents the need to find a local supermarket at the beginning of the holiday, as well as being able to stock up on some of the home comforts that they wouldn´t be able to find in your average local supermarket.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Previously known as the Intercontinental La Torre, the on-site hotel is a 5 star established, recently taken over by DoubleTree Hilton, back in March 2018.

Besides offering additional on-site facilities, from the poolside bar and restaurants, to the underground pool and spa, the hotel has also taken over many of the business premises on site.

For a number of years, these premises remained closed, but since the arrival of DoubleTree, these empty premises have now opened, offering even more to the resort, such as the Rangla Punjab Indian restaurant, and the recent addition of the Black Olive Grill, both restaurant boasting spectacular views across the resort.

CHILDREN´S PLAY AREAS

The resort offer 9 different children´s play areas, dotted all around the resort. These play areas. So if the little ones get bored of splashing around the swimming pools, they´ll never be too far away from one of these dedicated, child friendly zones-

RESTAURANTS

It seems that year after year, more and more restaurants are opening on-site. The is, of course, the the La Torre Golf Resort Clubhouse, also known as "The Woodhouse", but there are also various other restaurants, including Italian, Indian, Tapas and a newly opened Grill.

COMMUNITY FEES

All residents on the resort are liable to pay community fees. These fees range between 120€ and 215€ a month, depending on the type of property of course. These fees goes towards the general up-keep of the resort, which as you´ll notice, is money well spent! The resort is always in absolutely stunning condition, from the communal gardens and central reservations, to the communal pools and common areas.

However, you do get much more for your money than just communal maintenance. Included in the community fees, you get access to all communal pools on site, the tennis and padel courts, WiFi, TV, building insurance, lift and block maintenance, dedicated underground parking space, and most importantly... 24 hour gated security and patrol cars! This gives you peace of mind if you only use the property seasonally.

PROPERTIES ON LA TORRE

When we say theres something for everyone, there really is something for everyone!

We have been selling properties on the resort for more than 14 years, and to date are the longest established real estate agent on the resort.

When it comes to properties on the resort, we really know our product! From 1 bed apartments, to 3 bed villas, the resort really does offer something for everyone!

Almost all of us at Murcia Services, have lived, owned or still own on the resort. Primarily due to our belief in selling a product that we believe in.

The properties offer fantastic rental income, due to the high demand during the holiday season, as well as the low season where we take advantage of the golfing and motocross seasons, where riders and players will fly out to Spain to train in the warmer climate.

VILLA SABINA

The “Villa Sabina” is probably the most popular of the 4 villa models that were built on La Torre Golf Resort.

The 2 bed, 2 bath, one-level villa offers 82m² of living space, 85m² of terrace and rooftop solarium, on a 250m² plot.

Apart from their affordable price point, what generally makes the Villa Sabina stand out for buyers on La Torre Golf Resort is the double height ceilings. The windows right at the tops of the walls in the living room make for an incredibly bright room with a typical summery, Mediterranean feel.

VILLA ACEBUCHE

The “Villa Acebuche” was built as an “entry level” villa on the La Torre Golf Resort, and offer 2 larger bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Although the Acebuche villas offer slightly less square meterage than the Sabina villas at 72m², their actually build on the same plot size of 250m².

One common advantage of the Acebuche villas which is commonly picked up on, is that the kitchen offers direct access to the outdoor areas, making a alfresco dining and outdoor entertaining that little bit easier

VILLA ARCE

The Arce villas are the second largest of the the 4 villa models on La Torre Golf Resort at 108m² on a 300m² plot, and offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on 1 level, with a rooftop solarium.

Despite not being the largest villas on the resort, the Arce villa has the biggest bedrooms of all the properties on the resort.

As with the Acebuche villas, the Arce also has direct access to the outdoor areas via the kitchen.

VILLA ENEBRO

The Villa Enebro is the largest of all the villa models built on La Torre Golf Resort.

The 3 bed 3 bath villas were built to be family home, yet still priced lower than your average 2 bed maisonette in the UK.

The 125m² villas sit on plots of 400-500m² and offer striking curb appeal.

The large, open staircase with high ceilings give the property and extremely grand feel. These are right at the top end of the La Torre Golf Resort properties, whilst still for sale for under 300,000€.

TOWNHOUSES

Ever a popular choice, the townhouses sit nicely on the market between the apartments and the villas. With 4 different variations to choose from, the townhouses offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on either 2 or 3 levels, end terrace or mid-terrace.

The majority of the townhouses surround the golf course, thus many of them boast stunning views over the course and lakes.

APARTMENTS

Of the 2600+ properties on the resort, the majority of them are, of course, apartments.

Most of the apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, however, there are a few 1 bed and 3 bed options in the town centre of the resort.

The 2 and 3 bed town centre apartments also have 2 bathrooms.

All the apartment blocks have underground parking as standard, and many of them even have underground storage.
