This property was built in 2000/2001 and opened as The Lansdowne in October 2001. It has been in the same family since opening. The property measures 210 sq mtrs and consists of two store rooms, cold room, kitchen, office, ladies, gents and invalid toilet. The bar seats 100 people with ample standing room also, it was constructed, designed, shipped and fitted by to Irish designers á Celtic Joineryá and is made up of top class mahogany with solid brass rails, the back bar of traditional design consists of mirrors, down lights and ornate pillars. Thre are four flat screen TV and and a large screen with projector.
Outside is a very large sun terrace with 25 tables, 100 chairs and ample room for more seating. There is a games area to the side of the building with a pool table and an air hockey table. There are two double doors on front elevation and a further two double doors to side. This bar is in excellent condition, fitted to an exceptionally high standard and has all legal paperwork.
