Situated on the quiet Costa Calida/Mar Menor region,  between the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol,  in the pretty Valle del Sol,  15 minutes from San Javier airport,  one hour from Alicante airport and 15-20 minutes to the beaches of the Mar Menor.  Situated in its own grounds in a quiet cul de sac, this villa is securely walled with lush gardens and is perfect for a permanent home or a holiday lock up and leave property.

As well as multiple large flowering bushes,  the garden includes a mature lemon tree producing lemons all year round,  a mandarin tree,  and a recently planted orange tree.   There are two carob trees,  and three large pineapple palm trees, a weeping willow tree, smaller succulents,  and a barbecue area.   To the side of the house is a large storage room which can store contents approximately half a car garage size.   An auto irrigation system covers the plants and trees in the front, rear and side gardens.

There is an electric water filter and pump from the mains water supply into the villa.  Electricity and water are mains supplied,  and there is a septic tank underground in the front of the villa.  Hot water is provided from an electric water storage boiler located in the external storage room and piped throughout the villa.

Satellite broadband and phone is installed with wifi throughout the villa and grounds.  There is also a large Sky satellite dish on the roof terrace which can be activated. Broadband provides IPTV, Netflix etc. at a much lower cost than Sky.

There are three bars/restaurants within walking distance,  The Bowling Club bar (5 minutes) ,  New Yorks Sports Bar and Restaurant (10 minutes) and a small Spanish bar (10 minutes).  The nearest village is Balsicas (5-10 minutes drive)  which has a train station,  banks, petrol station including a car wash,  supermarket,  dentist,  auto mechanics and tyre supplier, ironmonger as well as several bars and restaurants.

There are several golf resorts within a 15 minute radius and several local primary schools.   There is an English language secondary school just 10 minutes drive away.

There are some outstanding licences on this particular property having been built in a rural location; therefore, the property does not have a valid build licence.  This has been reflected in the low asking price.
